Vasquez - Flores engagement announced
James and Rosie Vasquez of Tivoli are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Mia Quiz Vasquez to Richard Derrick Taylor Flores of Victoria, son of Rick and Fran Flores.
Mia is the granddaughter of Fernando and Isabel Quiz and Alfonso and Rosa Vasquez all of Del Rio.
Derrick is the grandson of Henry Flores and Beatrice Martinez of Austin and Wes and Peggy Hankins of Ashland, KY.
The couple will marry on October 24, 2009 at Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church in Victoria. Reception will follow at the D&E Ranch Party Barn in Victoria.
Mia graduated in 2000 from Austwell-Tivoli ISD.She is a licensed Cosmetology Instructor and owns Mia Salon in Victoria.
Derrick graduated from Memorial High School in Victoria and attended Victoria College. He is a plant operator.
