Angie M. Serbel
Angie M. Serbel, age 85, entered into rest on October 24, 2009, in Del Rio, Texas. She was born February 25, 1924, in Eagle Pass, Texas. She was a lifetime member of VFW Post 8552. She was preceded in death by her Husband: Joe M. Gonzalez and Matthew Serbel, Daughters: Jo Ann Schumann, Cookie McCullough and Son: Mike Gonzalez.
Left to cherish her memory is her daughter, Pat White and husband Frank of San Antonio, Son, Joe M. Gonzalez Jr., of Del Rio and son-in-law, Andrew McCullough. Grandchildren: Debbie Davis, Michael White and wife DeeDee, Alan Stewart and wife Jackie, Rodney Schumann and Bradley White. Great-grandchildren: Kenny and Scott Marshall, Ellyanne and Scott Hall, Trace Davis, and Alexandra Stewart. Numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 27, 2009 from 5:00PM-9:00PM, Sunset Memorial Oaks Funeral, Chapel of Peace.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, October 28, 2009, time pending, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church.
Interment will follow to Sunset Memorial Oaks Cemetery.
