Ardie Factor
Ardie Factor was born Nov. 28, 1913 to Riley Factor and Susie Gordon in Brackettville.
He started work at the young age of 12yrs. old breaking horses and caring for livestock. He worked for many years as a ranchhand in the Fort Stockton area. After working at the ranch, he worked for 5 years at the Val Verde Memorial Hospital in Del Rio, Texas where he received a Service Award.
Proceeded him: parents, wife Guadalupe Factor, son Frank Factor, daughter Rubylee Brown, grandchild Krystal Young.
Leaves behind: Marylou Montavlo (San Antonio, Tx), Artie Factor, Jr. (San Antonio, Tx), Janie Alexander (LA), Robert Factor (Memphis Ten.), Susie Jaosidy (San Antonio, Tex.), Jerry Factor (Houston, Tx), Shirley Factor (Northfork, VA), Steve Factor (Amarillo,Tx), Penny Young (San Antonio, Tx) and Many grandchildren and great grandchildren
He was married for 45 years to Guadalupe Factor in Nacimento, Mexico. They lived their lives in Del Rio, Texas where they raised 11 children.
Ardie came to San Antonio in 1999 to live with his daughter, Susie Jaosidy who cared for him until the time of his homegoing.
He had many health problems over the past few years but was strong in spirit.
We would like to thank our family and friends for their support and prayers during this time of sorrow. Please continue to keep us in your thoughts and prayers.
A service was held Monday in Del Rio.
