Tucker Beauregard White
FORT STOCKTON: Tucker Beauregard White, a life-long West Texas rancher, passed away on Monday, May 4, 2009 in Fort Stockton, Texas.
Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, May 6, 2009 at 11:00 AM in the Cedar Grove Cemetery in Sanderson, Texas. Arrangements are under the direction of Shaffer-Nichols Funeral Home.
Tucker was born on September 18, 1926 in Del Rio, Texas. He married Joann Mitchell on February 6, 1951. He was a rancher; and a member of the First United Methodist Church in Sanderson, Texas. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Joann Mitchell White on November 8, 1993. He is survived by his children: Felice White of Dallas, Texas, Michelle Brewer and her husband Stoney Brewer of Midland, Texas, Anne Barker of San Antonio, Texas and Ori T. White of Fort Stockton, Texas. He had 10 grandchildren, Allen Humphris and Ashley LaMonica both of McKinney, Texas, Roxanne Barker, Shelby Barker, Clayton Barker, Kristin Barker, and Blake Barker all of Austin, Texas, Tad Nolen, Matthew White, and Mitchell White all of Cloudcroft, New Mexico; and ten grandchildren. He is also survived by a brother, J.E. “Jim” White, Jr. of Marfa, Texas; and a sister, Gene Boland of Del Rio, Texas.
