Angel Rodriguez
Angel Rodriguez, 81, passed away August 31, 2009 at his residence in Ft. Clark Brackettville, Texas. He was born August 12, 1928 in Aguascalientes, Mexico.
He is survived by his wife Oralia Rodriguez of Ft. Clark, Brackettville, TX; the Amaro family; brother-in-law & sisters-in-law; daughters: Victoria and her husband Angel Barrera of Palos Park, Il.; and Oralia Hernandez of Chicago, Il.; brothers and sisters: Aurora and her husband Bob Melf of Calumet City, Il.; Antonio and his wife Armandina Rodriguez of Ohio; Jesus and his wife Irma Rodriguez of Ft. Clark; Socorro and her husband Salvador Arzola of Chicago; Yolanda and her husband Ezequiel Vargas of Whittier, CA; Maria Engracia Rodriguez of Aguascalientes, MX; and Olegario and his wife Teresa Rodriguez of Aguascalientes, MX; grandchildren: Deeana and Denny McGlynn of Brookfield, Il; Danielle Barrera, Alexander Barrera, Andrew Barrera of Palos Park, Il.; Specialist Lazaro Barrera Jr. of Korea and Dehlyla Hernandez of Chicago; also numerous nieces and nephews and other family members survive.
Angel was preceded in death by his parents Cruz Rodriguez and Juana Cortez, a son Angel Rodriguez Jr. in 1995 and a brother ,Cruz Rodriguez.
Visitations will be on Thursday, September 3, 2009, from 5-9P.M, at the First Baptist Church, Brackettville, TX.
Graveside services will be Friday, September 4, 2009 at 11:00A.M, at St. Mary’s Magdalene Catholic Cemetery, Brackettville, TX with the Reverend Jeff Janca officiating.
