Juan J. Mireles, Veterans Service Officer for Val Verde County, announces that effective Tuesday, Oct. 13, primary care services for veterans in Val Verde County and the surrounding communities will be available in Del Rio.

This project is through JJP Associates Inc. in partnership with South Texas Healthcare System.

Mary E. Parrish, FNP, of Family Care Services, has been selected to provide primary care services to the veteran population in Del Rio, Texas and the surrounding communities.

Veterans requiring enrollment must call Telecare Nurse at 888-686-6350 before they can be seen at the clinic.

A ceremony is being scheduled by the Veterans Service Office in Val Verde County to take place at the Family Care Clinic Thursday, Oct. 15, at 1 p.m.
