Hospital board should follow saint’s lead; let Methodist work

To the Editor:

In this year of faith, which was designated by Pope Emeritus Benedict XVI, we are reminded of a man, holy man and saint, who was instrumental in building a hospital in a small village in Italy known as San Giovanni Rotondo: St. Padre Pio, a Capuchin friar, who bore the wounds of Christ for 50 years and died on Sept. 23, 1968.
