A software engineering company pleaded guilty in a San Antonio federal court to a charge in connection with a bribery and government contract fraud scheme that spanned more than a decade, and impacted contract awards worth hundreds of millions of dollars.

In addition, Ashburn, Virginia-based QuantaDyn Corporation has agreed to pay a $6.3 million fine and more than $37 million in restitution. The announcement was made Tuesday by federal prosecutors.
