Building standards commission members have given the family that owns a small property on south Del Rio’s Jones Street a month to work out who actually owns the lot and what they want to do with the structures on it.

The city building standards commission discussed the property and structures at 306 Jones Street during their July 1 meeting, which was held via telephone because of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
