A face mask and hand sanitizer have become integral part of the school supplies  this academic year. Comstock ISD started on-campus classes last week with 70 percent of the students choosing the in-school model.

Comstock Independent School District students returned to classes last week and Superintendent O.K. “Buddy” Wolfenbarger lll shared insight as to how the first few days of classes have been handled by the district.

“Our first day of face to face instruction was Aug. 24. We have approximately 30 percent of our students that have requested remote learning,” Wolfenbarger said, “Approximately 70 percent of our students will receive face to face instruction.”
