This apartment building at 407 E. Fourth St. has been vacant since a fire in 2013 gutted one of the upstairs apartments, seen at the top left side of the building. City officials said Wednesday that numerous attempts have been made to contact the building’s owners, but they have not been located. The city’s building standards commission voted unanimously Wednesday to have the building demolished.
